TERMS AND CONDITIONS

*paymentsBookings must be secured by a non-refundable deposit (50% of total booking fee) . Upon paying the deposit you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 3 weeks prior to your arrival date Bookings made less than 3 weeks before arrival date will be charged full amount due at time of booking.
*cancellations by youCancellations more than 3 weeks before arrival date the 50% deposit paid is non refundable.Cancellations made within 3 weeks of arrivals date full rental charges apply and are non refundable. Anyone paying full amount at time of booking and cancelling more than 3 weeks before arrival date , 50% of the balance will be refunded.
*Cancellations or changes by usOnce bookings are confirmed by us we will always do our best for those bookings not to be changed or cancelled in any way.If circumstances occur where for any reason a booking has to be changed or cancelled we reserve the right to do so. If we have to cancel we will refund all monies paid unless..Glamping @ the paddocks are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event that we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control Such circumstances shall include buy not be limited to, war, terrorism, serious crime, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster or such similar event ('force majeure')We rexommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this. In some cases we can provide vouchers to redeem within the season.Glamping @ the paddocks reserve the right to cancel a booking on short notice in the event of extreame weather or in the unlikely event that we can not provide safe accomodation.
* Cancellation in the event of Covid-19 infection.
If you have to cancel your booking for any of the following reasons, then the 'cancellation by you' clause does apply. We recommend you take out holiday insurance against this.* you or a member of your party havr a positive covid 19 testYou or a member of your party have symptoms of covid 19 and are awaiting a test resultYou are in localised lockdown
*Forced closure due to covid 19
If due to government restrictions 'Glamping @ the paddocks" is forced to close and your holiday is cancelled you will be provided with vouchers for a future stay with is valid for 12 calender months
*Consideration for others.
We request that noise and music are kept to a minimum after 10pm. This is to ensure all our guests can get a good nights sleep and xan enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. please be mindful of other guests.Glamping @ the paddocks reserves the right to ask any guests who persistantly disturb others to leave without refund.
*Smoking policy
All bell tents and structures including the toilets are STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you do smoke please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette ends responsibly. Thankyou.
*Damages
We reserve the right to charge for any excessive cleaning where bell tents have been left in an unacceptable condition. Should any significant damage or breakage occur, other than acceptable wear and tear, a charge for a replacement will be made.Guests will be held responsible for any fir, smokr, or general damage to the structures caused by negligence. 
* Children
Children are very welcome at Glamping # the paddocks and are welcome to play in the glamping paddock. Please be mindful of other guests privacy and space. All children must be supervised at all times with particular care taken around fire pits and BBQ's which may remain hot for many hours after use.We can not be liable for any accidents .
*Dogs
Dogs are welcome at 'Glamping @ the paddocks' . Up to 2 well behaved dogs per bell tent. All dogs must be kept under control and on leads at all times whilst on site.An adjoining paddock is available to you to exercise your dog. Our 'sister' business "Pooches @ the paddocks" is just a short walk down the lane and provides a securely 6ft fenced designated dog walking facility of over an acre. Our guests are encouraged to book a time slot to use this facility.
